Family-Social Contexts of the Causes of Crime from the Perspective of the Quran and Hadiths

If such a person sets foot in the social environment and his society has progressed towards corruption and ruin, he will definitely be influenced by that society and after a while he will have spiritual corruption and his base thoughts will be replaced by correct and correct thoughts. The present research uses a descriptive-analytical method and is based on the study of interpretive texts and moral books to explain the factors affecting crime. The new findings that the present research has reached are the study of the role of family and society in preventing crimes. The results of the research showed that from the perspective of the Holy Quran and the narrations of the Infallibles (PBUH), not associating with unworthy people, etc., play a role in preventing crime.
