A look at "leap education" as a new approach to education

Abstract

The correct method of education is one of the most important issues in educational systems. One of the most influential methods that has received less attention from educators and educational thinkers is the concept of "leap education". A concept that is placed next to stage education and implies the acceleration of the stages of education, in such a way that sometimes the passage of these stages is not visible and takes place in a short time and in the process of a huge transformation. The need to address such a method of education in the present era and considering the increasing speed of information accumulation, is essential, and by finding the factors affecting such a phenomenon, we can take steps towards synchronizing education and rapid global progress. Therefore, this article seeks to explain the concept and factors affecting leap education. For this purpose, the qualitative content analysis method was used in an inductive manner. The results of the research showed that three categories of internal, external, and situational factors are effective in the process of leap education. Age, hereditary factors, and individual psychology, including internal factors and the environment, socio-cultural factors, and the use of symbols, including external factors, as well as the presence of pressure in a situation of change, are among the mechanisms of this type of upbringing in a situation of change.
